A mobile exhibition dedicated to drug prevention and education was presented in Dublin during the Connect Multicultural Festival in Blanchardstown, bringing simple educational materials to families, young people and community visitors. The initiative formed part of the international Truth About Drugs programme supported by the Church of Scientology and Scientologists, with volunteers distributing materials and speaking with members of the public about the importance of prevention through knowledge.
The Dublin activity highlighted the value of community-based prevention at a time when drug-related harm remains a serious concern in Ireland and across Europe. Inspired by the humanitarian work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard, the campaign seeks to help people make informed eu news 24/7 choices by providing factual information about drugs and their effects. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and UN, said the initiative reflects the importance of civic responsibility, education and community resilience.
